This way of purchase requires more of a down payment and usually a better credit score or around 525 or better. Since you won’t have to go to the bank to buy this way, you will be require to put at least 5% of the purchase price down. This is ideal for buyers that don’t have the credit or job history to buy a home but get to enjoy complete ownership of the home. That is why we require a larger down payment because the home becomes yours.
