We have owner financing, lease options, lease purchase homes for those with credit or lack of job history in the Charlotte – Mecklenburg Area..

Now that lenders are cracking down on their loose lending that was going on a few years back, more and more renters have less options to purchase a home and have to continue leasing. A lot of tenants have to remain subject to their landlords lease but can afford the payments and expenses of homeownership. Homes aren’t selling too fast in the Charlotte market and only buyers with cash or credit are buying houses now.

For tenants that don’t have the cash or credit we have two options; lease with the option to purchase also know as rent to own and owner financing is when we become the bank and you don’t need to apply for a mortgage.

Rent to Own

These renters need more options to open the doors for them to secure a home that they can purchase once they fix their credit problems. That is where we come in. We provide rent to own options for tenants that are serious about buying a home of their own.

Our leases with option to purchase homes in Charlotte are for renters that have not so good credit but a little money to put down. With the option to purchase they can secure a home that they choose and can lock the home down so no one else can buy it during their rent to own period. With these potential buyers we have them work with our mortgage specialist that will put them on a plan to buy a home within the next one or two years or if the tenant can make payments for an extended amount of time we might be able to provide full owner finance and become the bank.


Our lease purchase homes allow a potential Charlotte rental buyer the time they need to get a few things in line with their credit. Not all tenant buyers have bad credit, sometimes job history can prevent you from buying a house that you want immediately that is when a rent to own comes in handy. With the lease with the option to purchase the potential buyer is locked into the house and no one can come in and purchase the home while they have the option to purchase. You don’t have to worry about a landlord. As with the lease option, this buying process gives you the independence you want that a tenant is normally allowed. You have to maintain the house as if it is yours because it is once you fulfill your terms. You don’t call a landlord to fix something that you may have broken, you will be completely responsible.

Owner Financing

Owner financing or seller financing gives you complete ownership of the home. With seller financing we become the bank and create financing that is affordable for you. This way of purchase requires more of a down payment and usually a better credit score of around 525 or better. Since you won’t have to go to the bank to buy this way, you will be require to put money down, at least 5% of the purchase price.


In Charlotte – Mecklenburg you don’t find too many completely owner finance opportunities so that is why this is ideal for buyers that don’t have the credit or job history to buy a home and get to enjoy complete ownership of the home. That is why we require a larger down payment because the home becomes yours.
